LogosPrint Makes a Grand Entrance at the University of Albany

In its purest form, the art of sign making is a combination of eye-catching graphics and marketing savvy. In New York’s capital city, these two elements blended perfectly at the University of Albany.
Thanks to the artistry of PJ Brassard of Albany-based LogosPrint and the company’s top-of-the-line SOLJET printer/cutter, the University of Albany’s basketball arena now sports a massive 50’ by 10’ translucent window banner along its entrance.
“We created everything on the Roland SOLJET,” LogosPrint owner Craig Hall said. “That printer has helped transform us from a small marketing firm into a print company with a solid revenue stream.”
As a division of Logos Marketing Inc., LogosPrint works closely with clients to build their brands with custom banners, displays and vehicle wraps. LogosPrint is also widely recognized as the winner of the 2006 Roland Wrap Vehicle Graphics Contest.
The University of Albany window mural highlights nineteen of the school’s sports programs. At night, the prints have a backlit translucent effect. The look is dramatic, modern and very high end, which gives the arena a distinct “Basketball Hall of Fame” atmosphere.
In addition to the arena’s grand entrance, LogosPrint completely re-branded the entire facility. Other graphics included sponsorship signs, door logos and vinyl banners.
